There are three types: Type A of 595 sq ft with 1+1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (324 units), Type B of 857 sq ft with 2+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (125 units) and Type C of 1,075 sq ft with 3+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (50 units). Each typical floor from Level 8 to Level 32 has 10 units, served by 4 lifts per tower.

Estimated completion is the fourth quarter of 2026, according to the developer's summary and Astaka's corporate website, and the brochure's fine print gives October 2026. Groundbreaking was held in April 2024. We have not seen a published handover or certificate of completion, so ask for the latest construction and handover status.

Level 7 is the facilities podium, and the developer's plan numbers 38 features around an infinity pool, including a kids' wading pool, sun deck, leisure pool, gymnasium, yoga room, badminton and basketball sport hall, sauna, co-working space, indoor kids' playroom, entertainment area, karaoke room, halal and non-halal live kitchens and BBQ pits, a surau and several gardens. Level 1 has the grand lobby and a commercial boulevard of 11 lots.

The developer's summary lists maintenance and sinking fund of about RM0.45 per sq ft. There are 692 car parks, on Levels 2 to 6: one bay for 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units and two bays for 3-bedroom units. Green features include an EV charger, bike storage, rainwater harvesting and an automated waste system.
