Ara Bloc Residences is developed by Sime Darby Property. The construction contract, worth RM359.28 million, was awarded to Tuju Setia Bhd in April 2026 for 40 months, covering three 17-storey blocks on a nine-storey podium.

EdgeProp reports 998 units on about 1.9 acres across 26 floors in total, made up of three 17-storey residential blocks above a nine-storey podium that holds retail, car parks, facilities and utilities.

There are three layouts: Type A is 767 sq ft plus 10 sq ft AC ledge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Type B is 961 sq ft plus 11 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; Type C is 1,238 sq ft plus 11 sq ft with 3+1 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All use hackable walls.

Hackable walls are partition walls designed so they can be removed or reconfigured. At Ara Bloc they let an owner expand a room or create a home office, lounge or hobby area. Confirm which walls can be altered, and any approval needed, before you renovate.
