There are three layouts: a 1+1 bedroom unit of about 543 to 544 sq ft in Block B, a 1+2 bedroom unit of about 593 to 595 sq ft in Block A, and a two-bedroom unit of about 781 to 783 sq ft in Block A. Each has a balcony and one car park bay. Which layouts are currently open for sale changes, so ask before you plan around one.

Laman Damai has two blocks of 30 floors with 1,304 units in total. The developer's summary, updated in May 2025, shows the construction stage as completed and says actual units can be viewed. It lists a completion date of January 2024, so confirm the handover position for the unit you want.
