What is Danga Sutera?
Danga Sutera is a gated and guarded freehold township along Jalan Skudai in Johor Bahru, developed by Bayou Management Sdn Bhd and marketed under the IWCity name. It combines 525 double-storey terrace houses (launched 2017) with double-storey semi-detached homes in Phase 2 (34 units) and Phase 3 (84 units), and has a private clubhouse and a lakeside town park.
How much is Danga Sutera?
The developer's June 2022 summary lists SPA prices from about RM880,000 up to RM1.96 million. The semi-detached homes were advertised at RM1,610,800 to RM2,060,800 in Phase 2 and RM1,842,800 to RM2,275,800 in Phase 3, and the terrace homes launched at RM709,800 to RM1,295,580. Is Danga Sutera still on sale?
Most of the homes are built, so what is available now is a mix of leftover units with the developer and subsale homes from owners. Phase 3's 84 semi-detached homes were reported completed and handed over in FY2025. Ask us which units are still with the developer and which are on the subsale market.

Yes. Danga Sutera is freehold with individual titles, according to the developer's summary and brochure.
What house types and sizes does Danga Sutera have?
The terrace homes are on 20' x 72', 22' x 72' and 24' x 72' plots, with built-up areas of about 1,880, 2,166 and 2,440 sq ft according to a 2018 StarProperty article. The semi-detached homes are Phase 2 Type A (43' x 85', 3,474 sq ft, 5 bedrooms), Phase 2 Type B (43' x 70', 3,254 sq ft, 4 bedrooms) and Phase 3 Types C and D (40' x 80' and 40' x 85', 3,257 to 3,297 sq ft, 5 bedrooms).
How many homes are there at Danga Sutera?
Phase 1 has 525 terrace houses: 134 of 20' x 72', 242 of 22' x 72' and 149 of 24' x 72'. Phase 2 has 34 semi-detached homes (16 Type A and 18 Type B) plus 2 bungalow lots, and Phase 3 has 84 semi-detached homes. The developer's master plan legend counts 645 units in total.
Is Danga Sutera completed?
For Phase 3, IWCity's FY2025 results, reported by EdgeProp on 1 May 2026, state that all 84 semi-detached homes were completed and handed over in FY2025. The 2022 summary estimated Phase 2 completion in 2024 and its sales kit stated 24 months from the SPA date, but we have not seen a completion certificate for Phase 2. The terrace homes, launched in 2017, had an expected completion of February 2021 in the original brochure. Confirm the status of any unit before you buy.
Where is Danga Sutera?
Danga Sutera is in Taman Danga Sutera, in the Skudai corridor of Johor Bahru, close to Taman Sutera Utama, Danga Utama and Taman Ungku Tun Aminah. The developer's brochure notes access along Jalan Skudai to the city centre, Iskandar Puteri, Senai International Airport, the North-South Highway and Singapore via the Causeway and the Second Link. The 2022 summary lists the sales gallery on Jalan Danga Sutera 3, open 10am to 6pm; confirm before visiting.
