The Development
Laverra — registered as Residensi Seri Damansara — is a freehold serviced apartment by Sri Damansara Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Land & General Berhad (L&G), the master developer of Bandar Sri Damansara. It sits on a compact 2.83-acre site along Persiaran Perdana, wrapped around Senses Park, the linear green spine of L&G's Livista precinct.
The launch is two towers — Tower A at 55 storeys (502 units) and Tower B at 60 storeys (506 units), 1,008 units in total — on a low 1:3.5 plot ratio, with an open-corridor layout for cross-ventilation and daylight, 10–11 units per floor, and five passenger lifts plus a service lift per tower. Units have a 3.1m ceiling height, and every free-market layout has a balcony. The project is registered for GreenRE Bronze certification. Over 600 units were booked on launch day (The Star).
