Bandar Seri Coalfields

A township that is already built and running.

Bandar Seri Coalfields spans 1,001 acres of freehold land and has handed over more than 2,400 homes since 2011. Quinton residents share the township's 50-acre central park, the BSC Club — swimming pool, gym, badminton, tennis and basketball courts — and the Footballhub, open since August 2024.
