A 37-storey tower holds 328 serviced residences of 626 to 1,528 sq ft, above the Citrine Hub with 42 retail units and 168 designer office suites, on 5.22 acres overlooking the Straits of Johor.
How much is Sunway Citrine Residences?
The June 2024 factsheet lists gross prices of about RM621,000 to RM718,000 for the 626 sq ft Type A, from RM942,000 for the 984 sq ft Type B, RM827,000 to RM888,000 for the 933 sq ft Type C and RM824,000 to RM953,000 for the 1,087 sq ft Type D, with the two largest types fully sold.
