Bandar Seri Coalfields

A township that is already built and running.

Bandar Seri Coalfields spans 1,001 acres of freehold land and has handed over more than 2,400 homes since 2011, with an on-site population of roughly 10,300. Walden residents share the township's 50-acre central park, the BSC Club — swimming pool, gym, badminton, tennis and basketball courts — and the Footballhub, open since August 2024.
