There are two double-storey terrace types on 22' x 70' lots. Type A is 1,939 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and Type B is 2,141 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. End and corner lots are slightly larger, up to 1,982 sq ft for Type A and 2,204 sq ft for Type B. Corner lots also carry more land.

Phase 4 has 264 homes: 156 in Phase 4(1) and 108 in Phase 4(2). The developer's sales kit lists 158 of them as non-Bumi lots (Type A: 64 intermediate, 13 end and 5 corner; Type B: 61 intermediate, 10 end and 5 corner) and the other 106 as Bumi lots. Availability changes quickly, so ask for the current unit list.

Phase 4(1) launched in August 2024 and is targeted for completion in September 2026; the developer's August 2026 update says construction is complete and the certificate of completeness and compliance (CCC) is expected by September 2026.
