Lighthauz Phase 2 is the second residential tower in EXSIM's Penang Waterfront City development in Gelugor, George Town, Penang — rising beside its sister tower, The Lighthauz. The tower sits directly beside Penang Bridge, facing the Penang Strait, with priority registration now open ahead of the official launch and price list. The developer's own registration messaging flags very limited sea-view units.
Access runs via the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway and Penang Bridge, and the site sits next to the proposed Penang Waterfront LRT station (S15) on the Mutiara LRT Line — currently planned, not yet operational.

Lighthauz Phase 2 is marketed as freehold, in line with the neighbouring The Lighthauz tower. This has not yet been independently confirmed against Phase 2's own official documentation.
