About Lighthauz Phase 2

Lighthauz Phase 2 is the second residential tower in EXSIM's Penang Waterfront City development in Gelugor, George Town, Penang — rising beside its sister tower, The Lighthauz, which we also index here. The tower sits directly beside Penang Bridge, facing the Penang Strait, with priority registration now open ahead of the official launch and price list. The developer's own registration messaging flags very limited sea-view units, so it's worth registering early if a sea view matters to you.

Access runs via the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway and Penang Bridge, and the site sits next to the proposed Penang Waterfront LRT station (S15) on the Mutiara LRT Line — currently a planned station, not yet operational. The precinct is anchored by the Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC), with George Town's hospitals, colleges and shopping malls, and Bayan Lepas to the south, all within reach.

A floor premium of RM1,000 applies per floor above the base level. Facilities

Podium-level unit facilities sit on Level 9. The sky facilities on Level 52 include an infinity-edge pool facing the sea and Penang Bridge, alongside a dedicated children's pool with a rain-play feature, and a glass-walled sky lounge — based on the developer's marketing renders shown to us. A full facilities list has not yet been published.
