The common areas carry the Balinese theme through a Gapura Candi Bentar-style stone gateway that leads into Angkul Garden, a spiral viewing tower over a lake at Amantara, and themed gardens throughout. The wider Setia Eco Templer township is next to Templer Park and has its own flyover for direct highway access.
Both house types are built in reinforced concrete with brick walls, aluminium-framed glass windows and timber bedroom doors. Ground floors are finished in porcelain tile and upper floors in timber or laminate.
