PropertyIndexMY is an independent property listings and information platform covering new launch condominiums and townships across Malaysia. It publishes project pages, area guides and developer profiles built from verifiable facts — not marketing copy written to favour one project over another.
It is not the official website of any developer, project or agency named on this site, and it isn't built around promoting a single sales agent. Where a project page links out to a developer's or agency's own materials, that's clearly a separate source.
How listings are sourced and verified
Every fact published on a project page — unit sizes, pricing, tenure, layout counts, completion dates — is sourced from the developer's own official sales material or a verifiable public source. Where a number can't be confirmed, the page says so rather than guessing or rounding to sound more impressive.
Renders and floor plans shown on project pages are artist's impressions supplied by the developer for marketing purposes, and are labelled as such. Actual specifications, materials and finishes are subject to the developer's final sale and purchase agreement.
Area pages are only published when there's something real to show
PropertyIndexMY doesn't publish an area guide for a location with no active, verified listing. A thin page with no real content is worse for anyone searching that area than no page at all — so area coverage grows only as real projects are added to the index.
