When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address, project of interest and optional message you provide. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy policy — PropertyIndexMY only sees the messages exchanged in that chat.
2. How it's used
Enquiry details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to pass your request to the licensed real estate agency/negotiator named in our Terms of Use so they can follow up with property information. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Storage & retention
Enquiry form submissions are sent by email to the team handling this site and are not stored in a public database. We retain enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of the enquiry.
4. Cookies & analytics
This site does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising tracking. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to disclose what's used and why.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've submitted at any time by contacting us via the enquiry form or WhatsApp.
