Keeperz Suites: the lowest entry price
Keeperz Suites is a 493-unit, dual-key serviced apartment across two towers (16 and 15 storeys) linked by a Level 21 sky bridge. Every unit is designed as dual key, sized for owner-occupation or short-stay letting, and owners can opt into rental management through Mana Mana Hospitality. Type A studios start from RM820,100. The Lighthauz: the proven, priced tower
The Lighthauz is the original 671-unit waterfront tower, GreenRE-certified, with prices from RM890,435 and three unit types from 732 to 1,001 sq ft. Lighthauz Phase 2: the earliest stage, with limited sea views
Lighthauz Phase 2 (also written Lighthauz 2 or LightHauz²) is the second residential tower of the development. The floor plans shared with us show 700 and 947 sq ft units, 15 units per floor in two wings, a RM1,000 per-floor premium, and sky facilities on Level 52. EXSIM's registration messaging says sea-view units are very limited. There is no price list, unit count or completion date yet, so you cannot judge value until they are released. - Lowest entry price, or a rental-focused buyer: Keeperz Suites, with dual-key units from RM820,100 and optional rental management.
