MABA Suitez sits on Jalan Hang Jebat in Kuala Lumpur city centre, on the former Wisma Maba site directly opposite Merdeka 118 (Menara Merdeka Maybank). The developer puts Merdeka 118 about 118m away (a 2-minute walk), Merdeka MRT station about 160m away (a 2-minute walk) and Petaling Street about 240m away (a 3-minute walk).

About 160m, roughly a 2-minute walk, to Merdeka MRT station (KG17, previously coded SBK17) on the MRT Kajang Line. From Merdeka it is 1 stop to Pasar Seni, 1 stop to Bukit Bintang (Pavilion KL), 2 stops to Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and 2 stops to Muzium Negara for KL Sentral.

All types get free legal fees on the Sale and Purchase Agreement and on loan documentation, plus free stamping fees on the loan. RM0.99 per sq ft per month, including the sinking fund, according to the developer's sales kit. That works out to roughly RM320 for Type A, RM479 for Type B and RM650 for Type C each month.

No. The development has 391 car park bays plus 6 EV charging bays on Levels LG1 and 1 to 5, but car parks are not included with the units.

The Level 6 podium has the MABA Court basketball court, gymnasium, Coworking Lounge, The Playmaker Hub, The Bench and Garden Alcoves. Tower A's sky deck on Levels 53 and 53A has the Luxe Pool, jacuzzi, pool deck, Loft Lounge, Ripple Lounge, Sunken Lounge and Hanging Garden. Type A (323 sq ft, 30 sq m) opens Bedroom, Kitchen and Bathroom scenes. Type B (484 sq ft, 45 sq m) opens Living, Kitchen & Dining, Corridor and Master Bedroom. Type C (657 sq ft, 61 sq m, dual key) opens Bedroom 1, Pantry 1, Bath 1, Bedroom 2, Pantry 2 and Bath 2. The interiors are the developer's virtual show unit, so furniture and finishes are illustrative, and units are sold bare with a freebies package.

Within walking distance are Merdeka 118 and 118 Mall, Stadium Merdeka, Merdeka MRT, Plaza Rakyat LRT, Petaling Street, Central Market and REXKL. Many buyers look at MABA Suitez for short-stay or hospitality-managed rental. The developer's sales kit compares nearby hotel rates, from about RM525 to RM1,885 a night, and short-stay serviced apartments 3km away at RM230 to RM640 a night (Agoda, at the time of capture). These are reference rates, not projected returns. Returns depend on the price you pay, the management programme and the market at completion, so run your own numbers.
