The Bedrock is the first phase of Jesselton Docklands, a waterfront masterplan by EXSIM at Jalan Jesselton in Kota Kinabalu's city centre, Sabah — developed via EXSIM's subsidiary BEDI Development in joint venture with Suria Capital Holdings Bhd, the site's landowner and port operator. The Bedrock comprises 1,080 units across 2 towers on a 6.15-acre waterfront site: Tower A with 610 units across 27 storeys, and Tower B with 470 units across 25 storeys, each served by 6+1 lifts.

The development sits directly beside Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, within walking distance of Suria Sabah Mall and Imago Shopping Mall, and close to Gaya Street, KK Waterfront and the Sabah International Convention Centre. Groundbreaking for Jesselton Docklands took place in October 2025, as the first phase of Suria Capital's broader Jesselton Waterfront City development.
