The Development
The Bedrock is the first phase of Jesselton Docklands, a waterfront masterplan by EXSIM at Jalan Jesselton in Kota Kinabalu's city centre — developed via EXSIM's subsidiary BEDI Development in joint venture with Suria Capital Holdings Bhd, the site's landowner and port operator.
