Long before any sales gallery, price list or official launch date, EXSIM has already put up site hoarding on a vacant plot in Bukit Jalil — directly opposite Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, roughly a 5-minute walk from the park itself and a similar 5-minute walk from Pavilion Bukit Jalil, with AUREA by Oasia Wellness sitting immediately behind the site. The hoarding is the main source of information at this stage: it advertises units of 1,800 to 2,600 sq ft with 3 to 5 bedrooms under the tagline "Live at the Heart of Bukit Jalil." A statutory development signboard stands beside it, but the project name and licence details printed on it aren't legible from the road.

That size range is notably larger than EXSIM's existing Bukit Jalil developments — Queenswoodz spans 807 to 1,410 sq ft and The Vividz spans 484 to 915 sq ft — which hints, though does not confirm, that this new site is being positioned for bigger, more premium households than either of those two. Beyond size and bedroom count, nothing about unit mix, tower count, facilities or the exact street address is officially available yet.
