A statutory development signboard stands beside it, but the project name and licence details printed on it aren't legible from the road.

That size range is notably larger than EXSIM's existing Bukit Jalil developments — Queenswoodz spans 807 to 1,410 sq ft and The Vividz spans 484 to 915 sq ft — which hints, though does not confirm, that this new site is being positioned for bigger, more premium households than either of those two. Beyond size and bedroom count, nothing about unit mix, tower count, facilities or the exact street address is officially available yet.
