Sime Darby Property has not published a price list for Trybe Residences on its website, which describes the project as coming soon. Listing sites quote different entry prices, none confirmed by the developer. Register with us and we will send the current price by unit type as soon as it is released.

Trybe Residences is in SJ7, USJ7, Subang Jaya, Selangor, about 400m from the USJ7 LRT–BRT Interchange Station and 400m from USJ Taipan Station. The sales gallery, the SJCC Gallery, is at Jalan SS 16/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, open daily 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Trybe Residences is freehold, according to Sime Darby Property's website.

There are two layouts on the developer's website: Type A is 730 sq ft with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and Type B is 920 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both are marketed with a hackable wall and a provision for dual key.

A hackable wall is a partition designed to be removed or reconfigured to change the layout. A dual-key provision means the unit is prepared so it could be split into two parts with separate access. Confirm what is allowed, and any approval needed, in writing before you plan alterations.

Sime Darby Property has not stated a unit count. The keyplans show Tower A with typical levels from 8 to 39 for both unit types.

A completion date has not been announced. Confirm the date in the sale and purchase agreement once the developer releases it.

The USJ7 LRT–BRT Interchange Station is about 400m away, and the developer shows a covered walkway to it, marked as subject to change. USJ Taipan Station is also about 400m away, and Subang Jaya LRT–KTM Interchange Station is 6.4 km away.
