Trybe Residences (also searched as Trybe SJ7 or Trybe Subang Jaya) is Sime Darby Property's new freehold serviced apartment in SJ7, positioned around urban tribal living: a tight-knit community with shared spaces such as a podcast studio and a collab room. It is part of the SJ7 township that Sime Darby Property is building around the USJ7 LRT–BRT Interchange Station.
The developer shows a covered walkway to the station, described as the future link bridge and marked subject to change, so confirm its status before relying on it. Tower A has typical levels from 8 to 39 for both unit types, a speed-ramp car park for easier access, and provisional GreenRE Silver certification.
Trybe is still at the pre-launch stage. The developer's website lists no prices, unit count or completion date, so everything on this page that concerns price is a placeholder until the price list is released.

A dual-key provision means a unit is prepared so it could be split into two parts with separate access. Check the floor plan and the Sale and Purchase Agreement for exactly how it works, and what approvals apply, before you plan alterations or short-stay use.
