Masai is a growing residential and industrial belt on the eastern side of Johor Bahru. The developer positions Bandar Layangkasa near the Pasir Gudang Highway and the Senai-Desaru Expressway, but has not published drive times, so check the routes that matter to you.
The project we index here is Bandar Layangkasa Phase 8 and 9: 402 double-storey terrace homes on 20 ft x 70 ft lots with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Phase 9 is freehold, gated and guarded and launched in 2026, and the price list is available on request.
Some lots are Bumi lots and foreign buyers are not accepted for Phase 9, so ask which lots are open to you before you choose a unit.
