What the sales kit tells us
The site is the former 1.328-acre Wisma MABA land on Jalan Hang Jebat, Kuala Lumpur, owned by the Malaysian Basketball Association and developed in a joint venture with EXSIM as EXSIM MABA Sdn Bhd. The land is zoned commercial. Types B and C are serviced apartments and Type A is a strata office suite. The sales kit states leasehold tenure. We have not seen a final figure for the number of years on the renewed lease, so we do not quote one.
