Botanika sits on the Tebrau Coast waterfront in Taman Bayu Puteri, beside the Tebrau River and the Eastern Dispersal Link. The development plans three 23-storey towers of 264 apartments each and 40 waterfront villas on about 12 acres, with landscaped podium gardens between the towers.
Tower B was handed over in August 2023, so you can see the building, the facilities and a show unit. Every unit has three bedrooms, with a studio room in the 1,488 sq ft corner types, and most have dry and wet kitchens. The tenure is a 99-year lease with strata title, and the prices in the developer's April 2023 summary are dated.
