The short answer
KL360 has 20 service apartment types from 450 to 939 sq ft. Ten face the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC view, Types A1 to G2) and ten face the wider city (urban view, Types H to P). The 1-bedroom types run from 450 to 512 sq ft, the 2-bedroom types from 650 to 720 sq ft and the 3-bedroom types from 872 to 939 sq ft. Four types are dual key: C, L, H and P.

These face the Petronas Twin Towers, according to the developer's unit schedule. Type A1 is labelled a signature unit.

Which layout suits you
- 1 bedroom, 450 to 512 sq ft (E, F, G1, G2, J1, J2, M, N1, N2): the most compact homes. Type E (512 sq ft) is the largest, and the KLCC-view 1-bedroom types are E, F, G1 and G2.
- 2 bedrooms, 650 to 720 sq ft (B1, B2, C, D1, D2, I, K, L): the middle of the range. Types C and L are dual key.
- 3 bedrooms, 872 to 939 sq ft (A1, H, P): the largest layouts. Types H and P are dual key.
- Dual key (C, L, H, P): a unit with two separately lockable sections. Ask how each key is entered, titled and managed before you commit.
The developer's schedule gives the unit sizes and the stack position of each type, but not how many units there are of each type, and the brochure carries no price list. Plans are subject to change by the authorities and the developer's architect.
