The Golden Triangle is bounded loosely by KLCC, Bukit Bintang and Merdeka 118 — a dense, largely built-out core where new residential launches are typically infill developments on freehold or long-leasehold sites rather than greenfield masterplans. That scarcity of new land is itself part of the investment case: this pocket of Kuala Lumpur rarely sees new sites come to market, so each new launch tends to draw on genuine long-term demand from both tenants and owner-occupiers who want to be inside the core rather than commuting into it.

Connectivity here is already dense rather than aspirational — multiple MRT, LRT and monorail lines (Ampang Park, Dang Wangi, Bukit Nanas, Raja Chulan, Merdeka, Plaza Rakyat) already serve the area, so a new launch's transit story is about walking distance to an existing station, not a line still under construction.
