Why the location is the story
The pitch for Queenswoodz rests on three things you can check on a map. The first is the LRT: LRT Awan Besar on the Kelana Jaya Line is around 900m away, and the project page describes this as roughly a 3-minute walk via a covered walkway. Walk the route yourself before booking, at the time of day you would actually commute, because a covered link is only as useful as it feels in practice. A proposed shuttle bus between the station and Pavilion Bukit Jalil is also planned, but it is described as proposed, so do not treat it as confirmed.
The second is retail and lifestyle. Pavilion Bukit Jalil is a 3-minute drive away, and the development sits at the doorstep of the 1.47-acre Novel Park, with Bukit Jalil Recreational Park about 1km away. The third is what is still coming: the project page places Queenswoodz near the upcoming KL Wellness City, and notes that Bukit Jalil's wellness and healthcare hub and international schools (including SJK(C) Lai Meng and Tzu Chi International School) are within 5km. Unit types
There are five official layouts. Type D1 and Type D2 share a size but differ in configuration, and Type D2 is the dual-key option, which lets one unit be used as two separately accessible parts.

The RM723K figure is the published starting price for the smallest type and is indicative only. Prices for the other types have not been published on the project page, so do not extrapolate them from a per-square-foot guess. Ask for the confirmed price list by unit type and floor. Who it suits, and who it may not
- Own-stay families who want a larger layout (936 sq ft and up) near an LRT station and parkland.
- Buyers who want flexibility. The dual-key Type D2 can suit multi-generational households or those who want a portion of the unit to be separately used, subject to what the approved plans allow.
- Long-term investors comfortable with a 2029 completion and leasehold tenure. Nothing about rental demand or resale value is guaranteed, and the outcome depends on the price you pay.
