Adiya is the first residential precinct launched in M Legasi, Mah Sing Group's 500-acre township in Semenyih, a suburb south of Kajang near Eco Majestic City, Setia EcoHill Mall and the University of Nottingham Malaysia. The precinct covers 93 acres with 842 landed homes, 29 shoplots and a school site, and Phase 1, Lunaria, has 460 link homes.
The township is planned around five landscaped spaces: Topaz Park, Sapphire Park, Ruby Boulevard, the 5 km Jade Wellness Loop and Diamond Lake, with Legasi Walk, a planned commercial hub, and a village plaza inside the township. The homes face north to south with pitched-roof facades, and the township carries a provisional GreenRE Bronze certification.
