Trinity Nordic Residences is a freehold, Nordic-themed residential development in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, built by Olympic Builders Sdn Bhd (201201008476) as a Trinity Group signature project. It stands on a 4.73-acre site and is marketed as the first Nordic-inspired freehold condominium in the area. The full masterplan calls for three towers and 714 units, but only Tower B is under construction and on sale at present: 240 units over 29 storeys, 13 to 14 units per floor and 3 lifts. Towers A and C are later phases.

Arrival is split across two security entrances. The Grand Security Entrance is off Olive Hill (Jalan BS 3/12), while the Signature Security Entrance on Jalan BS 3/1 gives quicker access to nearby amenities. Residents can also drive straight into the carpark on Levels 1, 2, 4, 6 and 9. Each unit is allocated 2 to 4 car park bays, with private storage utilities at the carpark for a limited number of units.

The 1.38-acre facilities deck is organised into four themed zones, N-Farm, N-Pool, N-Park and N-Garden, linked by a 550m cycling loop from Level 1 to Level 6 and a 370m jogging trail on Level 9. Facilities across 1.38 acres

N-Farm on Level 6 gives residents a community farm, a farmers' retreat and a terrace walkway for urban gardening. N-Pool on Level 9 is built around a 50m infinity pool, with N-Pavilion, water spa, aqua gym, jacuzzi, kiddie pool, Floral Splash play zone, sauna and pool deck.
