Senna Heights is a 780-unit twin-tower project by Greencove Sdn Bhd, a member of Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad (KPProperty), on a 6.5-acre site along Jalan PJU 10/1c in Damansara Damai. Tower A and Tower B each have 390 units over 43 storeys and are marketed as the tallest residential towers in the township. Each floor has 10 units served by 3+1 lifts, including a dedicated Bomba (fire) lift.

The developer's sales package lists gross prices from RM672,800 to RM975,800, or roughly RM657.67 to RM666.53 per sq ft. Those per-sq-ft rates match the Type B (1,023 sq ft) and Type A (1,464 sq ft) show units, so prices for the 700 sq ft layouts and other stacks may differ — please confirm with us.
